35 Spruce Street is an immaculately-restored 1860 farmhouse located in the Cabbagetown district of downtown Toronto. Owner Christopher Dew needed a brochure-style site to showcase the home for potential renters. Skelly researched the unit using published articles, the clients' own notes, and photographs. We wrote original descriptive copy, and organized the photographs using an image map built into a graphic representation of the home's floorplans. The result was a clean, informative site that accurately reflects the look and feel of the home.
